Our precision laser cutting handles mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum with tolerances of +/- 0.010″ on most materials up to 1″ thick. Bystronic lasers process sheets up to 80″ x 160″ in-house, with ByTrans automation for fast, efficient loading. Trained techs access conveniently stocked material right in the same building, streamlining production and maximizing our laser cutting capabilities.
Machining
Our customers get full-service CNC machining, including milling, lathe work, drilling, blind tapping, slotting, engraving, pocketing, radiusing, fixturing, and more. We specialize in close-tolerance work for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, copper, plastics, plexiglass, polycarbonate, and other materials. Our diverse equipment handles production machining at any volume you need.
Forming & Rolling
NWT delivers consistent accuracy with hydraulic CNC multi-axis press brakes that form metal to exact specs for first-time-right bends. Our equipment speeds up production while tooling protectants prevent scarring, scratching, marring, or marking on aluminum and stainless steel parts. We also offer rolling for additional fabrication requirements.

Fabrication
Our fabrication services handle build-to-print and custom design orders in a 40,000 sq ft facility with 10-ton cranes and LED lighting. Featuring 20 welding cells, certified MIG/TIG welding, and an on-staff weld inspector, we ensure top quality on weldments, components, and assemblies. We tackle large projects across construction, electrical, agriculture, automation, power generation, food production, industrial pumps, and machinery.
Finishing
Need powder coating or wet paint? NWT handles both in-house with rust-inhibiting coatings for the toughest projects. Proper surface preparation via sandblasting and multi-phase washing boosts durability and adhesion by removing oxides, old finishes, and manufacturing residue. You get the cleanest, most durable final product ready to ship.
